  • This offer applies to deliveries within the United States and its territories.

Delivery Timelines:

  • Our standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery after processing.

  • Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and certain circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing:

  • All of our coffee is roasted to order. This means you get the freshest coffee on the internet! This also means our processing time is 3-5 business days from when the order is placed. 

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Expedited Shipping:

  • At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options. All orders are shipped using our standard shipping service provided by USPS.

Tracking Orders:

  • You can track your order using the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States and its territories. We do not offer international shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Self Is You, LLC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that circumstances may arise where a return is necessary. Please review our refund and return policy outlined below:

Returns Eligibility:

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged upon arrival or if an incorrect item has been shipped.

  • Unfortunately, due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on consumable goods such as coffee and tea.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • In the event that your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Please provide clear images of the damaged item or the incorrect product received along with your order number for our records.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or incorrect item.

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will initiate the refund process.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If an exchange is required due to a damaged item or incorrect product, we will process it as a return and issue a refund.
